Ok I found one: Hue Jackson fired both coordinators from 2016 to 2017. The Browns went 1-15 in 2016. They went 0-16 in 2017.
Aaron Glenn is not the first first-year head coach to make sweeping staff changes from Year 1 to Year 2. It's just usually to one side of the ball. (Mike Macdonald did it on offense from 2024 to 2025, for example. And that was after Seattle went 10-7!) I haven't yet been able to
