Are they just going to put an optional boss in every raid now? What about it specifically makes it make more sense being optional rather than required. As far as I know, this has never happened before butcher was not optional, for example.

Why is soul hunters optional (not needed for Hall of fame) it’s just a normal ass council boss why this boss specifically. Even if it is previewing the new DH spec, I just don’t understand.
