🧵Seeing a lot of talk about bat speed and it being valuable. The thing about bat speed is… most guys can create it in a block training environment. MLB average is low 70’s (72.2). The thing about that is… they do it in a random environment against the best arms on the planet.

Loved coaching for this program. A staff that takes a lot of pride in their field and what we they can provide their players. Makes it easy to play hard for guys that raise money to put more work on their own plate. And there’s a lot of banners on the back of that dugout.
