Just sent a few emails to people who purchased a subscription. Asked how the interview went, what worked well, and what could be better. Honestly, this kind of feedback matters more than any analytics.

Sometimes the posts you spend 10 minutes on outperform the ones you spent two hours polishing. The internet has no respect for effort. Maybe you need to start post brain rot things.

I got fed up with AI always agreeing with me. So I added one line to my prompt: “Be my ruthless mentor. If my idea is trash tell me why. Stress test everything until it’s bulletproof.” Instantly better answers.

Got two new reviews recently and they’re both 5 stars. One from someone who got a job offer using the extension. These little messages do more than any metrics

The best message I get is not “nice product,” but “this helped me.”

Is it better to build one strong product or launch 5–10 small ones and see what sticks? I see a lot of people trying the “portfolio of micro-startups” approach. Meanwhile I’m going all-in on one product I actually believe in. Both strategies make sense… depending on the goal.

My interview extension is now at 330 users. In September it was just 100. It has made around $300 in total so far. My original goal was 500 users by the end of the year. Does that still sound realistic?

Fun fact from my analytics: Most people don’t sign up when they’re curious. They sign up when they’re desperate right before an interview. And honestly, that explains a LOT about why tools like mine suddenly spike at random hours.

One random user shared my extension in a private dev group. Next morning: +23 new users. Organic growth is truly unpredictable. No words...

Building solo means fixing bugs at 1 AM, testing on 4 browsers, and then waking up to: “Hey, it works now! Thanks!” No better feeling.

I see a lot of people building 3–10 projects at the same time, hoping one of them will eventually grow. Nothing wrong with that it’s just a different approach. I chose the opposite strategy: I built one product I believe in, and I focus fully on improving it, supporting users,

I’ve seen so many times these “hit different” from different people. I don’t know what to say… AI absorb us 😥

The day I stopped guessing what users need and started watching analytics, everything became clearer. Users don’t lie. Founders do but only to themselves.
