For clarity, Nottingham Forest did not ‘attach themselves’ to this case. Implication here is the club turned up to CAS uninvited. Crystal Palace named Nottingham Forest as respondents in the case, which in turn naturally requires their direct involvement in it. #nffc #cpfc
