So yesterday I played Aussie rules to the point of exhaustion that I had to catch my breath on my knees, felt my diaphragm spasm, was dry heaving, etc. My fitness tracker said my HR max was 196, but I’m 34 years old and my estimated max is 186 (220 - age)… Is this good or bad?
