I know that, like me, many of you will be feeling fearful this morning. So on this dark day, we stand in solidarity with all those who dreaded this moment and must now live with its consequences, including those in Gaza and in Ukraine. The struggle for truth, peace, and justice

@MiroHQ But due to some change, whenever I duplicate something in Miro using the shortcut I now also create a bookmark in the browser.

@MiroHQ The bug I was trying to report is: In Firefox, "cntrl+D" creates a bookmark. But in Miro it is the shortcut to duplicate an object. Previously this was never a problem, the event was handled correctly such that the shortcut is not picked up by Firefox.

I've had this on my mind for a while but I finally finished up writing a rather critical post on Large Language Models and the way the industry is treating this latest tech trend: https://t.co/WnJDvGUQgh

Keeping tutorials up-to-date is a struggle, one I'm familiar with from working on "Zero to Production in Rust" for the past four years. The project you are documenting changes and, on top of that, snippets are related to each other! For Pavex's docs, I built some tooling ๐

This video shows just how nervous #SophieFromRomania still is - she allowed me a stroke but very hesitant. (Later she relaxed a bit, inviting a longer stroke, and sheโs now hanging out with me)

Things began to look very unusual two months ago. Today the charts need no commentary, they speak for themselves. This is the Atlantic. https://t.co/P26XnJmKj6
This is so unusual. That's a *huge* amount of energy being transferred to the atmosphere. Expect extreme temperature and storm records. Just the top few metres of our oceans store as much energy as the entirety of our atmosphere. I'm very concerned for later this year into 2024.

A while back I ran an "intro to TDD" event at @londonswcraft with my colleague Nacho. It was well received and afterwards several people suggested we record it as a video/screencast to share online. So, we did! Check it out: https://t.co/gfk0ChPQwf
