We’re heading to the 2025 National Buffalo Wing Festival, and we can’t wait to see you there! We’ll be judging wings, chatting with restaurants, and soaking in all the fun. Keep an eye out for the guys in orange shirts. Come say hi, we’d love to meet you!

Another very easy and effective way to build your database is through in-store contests. Just take a jar, throw some money in it, or just something random, and make a mini promo out of it, asking customers to guess how much is in the jar.

You can't let the propaganda get to you, because if you do, your restaurant will stagger behind just like all of the other restaurants. Instead, you need to double down and keep your foot on the gas, because while all of the other restaurants are scared, you can keep winning.

I don't want your restaurant to end up closing, like many others do. I want you to be remembered. I want your community to look at your restaurant as a great place for the community. How do you do this? You gain the trust of people, and by doing so, you can win their attention.

There's no reason to overlook the importance of retaining your customers. You've already spent so much effort getting their attention and acquiring their data, and if anything, the most money to be made is through retention.

Most restaurants don’t lose customers from bad food. People just forget. DRYVER Loyalty’s S.O.S. shows you who went missing. One outbound call brings them back. Most restaurants will never make this call. That is your advantage. Full video in comments

Emricci's has got it down! They work with Arrow, which is already a great way to keep customers coming back again and again and build their community. However, they ensure that everyone is aware of the freshness of their ingredients on all their social media platforms.

It may seem simple, but it’s essential—your restaurant needs attention-grabbing graphics everywhere. They should funnel customers into sharing their info, and you’ve got to keep them fresh by swapping them out regularly. This is a must if you want to build a strong database.

Pizza Sanity has leaned into what works, and that is creating fun and engaging content that makes people stop swiping. Every single post has some kind of text that encourages engagement, and it's usually trying to get its audience to share the content.

Not enough restaurants take advantage of this, and I don't understand it. You should be getting with sports team coaches in your area and hooking them up with free weekly meals. It might seem like you're losing money, but in the long run, it will make you a boatload more.

The reason for having a good database is that it helps you retain customers more effectively. If you know their name, favorite dish, and their most recent visit, you can tailor your messaging to them more directly, whether that's through a text message, email, or a phone call.

Auntie Anne’s has the right idea, kind of. They’re investing in digital ordering and tailoring their locations to attract Gen Z, but they’re completely missing the mark on social media.

When customers enter your restaurant, don't just do what everyone else does and ask them how they're doing. It accomplishes nothing, is repetitive, and can be annoying. You should always start the conversation and immediately ask if they're in your loyalty program.

How I like it, Jo's Diner and Pizzeria dives right into the community and owns its niche. The owner hosts charity events that bring people together in a way that writing a check never could. They’re also the only pizza place in town that delivers.

Instead of just writing a check to a fundraiser or charity, and calling it a day. Maybe just show up, help with the fundraiser, lend your attention and effort, rather than just sending money. This would not only bring more attention to the actual charity but also to you.

There are a lot of ways to retain our customers, such as texts, emails, etc. But the most direct and simple way to do it has seemingly been forgotten, but what could that be? Simply calling your customers!

Chipotle's latest move might seem desperate and lose them money, but it is secretly genius. They are giving out free burritos, which is an offer that is impossible to say no to. Learn more about ABR with the link below.

A plumber called into Dave Ramsey’s show asking how to grow his business. Every bit of Dave’s advice? It applies to your restaurant too. I break it all down here👇. #RestaurantMarketing #ABR #DaveRamsey #RestaurantGrowth
