Here is my simple resolution for 2025. I just want to be better in 2025 than I was in 2024 in 5 key areas:.🙏 Spiritually.👪 Relationally.💪 Physically.🧠 Intellectually.🪙 Financially. I'll look to post at least once a day on something from one of the areas above.

Want to change your life? If you start another week with no goals, it’s tough to make progress. Start simple. Pick one thing to focus on this week that will make you better. Repeat this every week and let your efforts compound. Small, consistent actions over time lead to the.

Younger guys, even if you’re not religious, read Proverbs 31. Who you marry is one of the most life-changing decisions you’ll ever make. It will steer your future for better or for worse. Those verses outline qualities in a wife that bring wisdom, strength, and real partnership.

Progress not perfection. This week is an example of that for me. I wasn’t at 100% for a couple of days. Travel messed me up. Doesn’t matter. I know where I want to go. I won’t let a few days of failure stop me. Back to it this weekend!.

Got home from a 3 day work trip earlier today. There me out of my rhythm. 7am flight out. Didn’t want to work out but got it in anyways. Don’t regret it. Know it made me better. Old me would have made an excuse to not move. The new me does what’s best for me even when I.

I wasn’t consistent with my habits this past weekend and that’s OK. I’m hitting reset and getting back to it now. Don’t let a couple of off days derail your progress. Chasing perfection will only set you up for disappointment. Real growth comes from learning through your.

Henry David Thoreau wisely noted: 'It's not enough to be busy; so are the ants. The question is: What are we busy about?' . Make your weekends count and focus on what builds your future. What's one purposeful action for today?.

In college, my weekend plan was mostly to lay on the couch and do nothing. Relaxing isn’t bad, but if that’s all you do, you’re missing chances to grow. I wasted years of weekends like this. If I could go back, I’d use Friday to set a simple plan and to make sure every weekend.

Want a day filled with more joy and purpose? Start your mornings with prayer. Take it further and pause for small prayers throughout your day. Stay connected and grateful, even in the busy moments. Challenge yourself: Commit to this for 30 days and see the difference it makes.

Why wake up at 5am on a consistent basis? . Because it’s hard. Because most people won’t do it. You’re gaining momentum for the day before most people wake up. Do this repeatedly and you’ll continue to set yourself apart in other areas. Consistency is key. I wish I would.

Younger guys, who are you dating, and why?. Is she just the life of the party or does she have the qualities to be a great mother?. Are you with her just because she’s attractive, or because her character leaves a positive impact on everyone around her?. Are you dating her out of.

Who gets success?.- The ones who dream about it?.- The ones who beg for it?.- The ones who feel entitled to it?. No way. Success comes to those who:.- Work for it, every single day. - Persevere when things get tough. Dreams don’t work unless you do.

Want to change your life? Commit to waking up every day at 5am. Even weekends. Why? Because it’s hard. Because almost no one else does it. Because you don’t want to be like everyone else. Use that early time for prayer, hitting the gym, meal prep, journaling, or reading. Stack.

Just because it’s Saturday doesn’t mean you skip prayer and gratitude. How you start your morning sets the tone for the entire day. Most people treat weekends as a time to let discipline slide. The truth is that weekends are exactly where consistency makes you stand out. Start.

Your circumstances up to this point are what they are. Some of you were blessed with every opportunity. Others…nothing. You can’t change it. You can only control what you do from here. Today can be the day you stop looking to the past and instead, control your future.

True story: In college, Qdoba told me I was a “Top 20 Customer” at my local restaurant that year. I laughed, but at the same time I wondered why I was struggling with my weight. I had plenty of free time. Instead of making better choices, I kept grabbing Qdoba. Looking back,.

What if you leveled up those Fridays? . Hit the gym for strength, kick off a side hustle for growth, unwind with a book to recharge, opt for a healthy meal. Just because it's the weekend doesn't mean pausing your goals. Stay intentional. Build the man you're meant to be.
