Second, the overall review should be an average of the detailed ratings. With a floating point overall rating, this would be possible. We've had two recent reviews where the overall rating made no sense given the individual ratings. continued.

This would result in ratings of, say 4.8 or 3.9, etc, which is much more descriptive than 4 or 3, respectively. Whole integers just don't make sense. continued.
