Some data learning this afternoon. Seller Concessions were paid in about half of all transactions YTD. Why? Reasons vary but the loudest seems to be Closing Costs, and Repairs. For more follow for updates. #Housing #PropTech #MLS #Realtor #appraisal

2025 Doorify MLS Residential closed sales are tracking so close to 2024 that milestones are happening on the same day. It looks like $8 Billion will happen this weekend, last year it was today 6/13. $21,176,364 short as of quitting time (Eastern). I'll check later.

This is true, but how can you really know that? One way might be if one of those long-term collaborative partners (me) were to repost this so people might know that, yes, we do co-create things that solve problems for our customers. Sometimes its messy but it's always progress.

If you are builder or developer you are the point of the spear for affordable housing. How do you find places to build? This zoning resource seems like a must-have. What if we added Land Listings from the MLS? Would that be valuable? .
