Teachers, remember you are not in competition with each other, but you're on the same team. And admin shouldn’t be the only ones to encourage, support, & inspire. Motivate each other! Build each other up, including staff and your administrators.

To the teachers who are really struggling, don’t make long term decisions based on short term chaos. If you are overwhelmed then you may feel like giving up, quitting, or even retiring. Get through this, back to a good place mentally & emotionally before making those decisions
