Port Vale 0-0 City. Think there will be quite a few of these games for us this season. Vale clearly did their homework and nullified Cardiff all across the pitch, who were pretty lacklustre in their own right. Neither team good enough to score.

Port Vale away on a Thursday night. Does anybody actually want that? Probably neither team, definitely neither set of fans and I canโt imagine the TV audience is particularly enthused. A shame as I think that away end would be packed otherwise.
