Here is my ticket number ATS-60715. First I spent 30 mins of chat to get no where and a ticket number. Then the ticket emailed me to tell me to change numbers that were already correct then wasted an 1.5 hours to go in a circle. I’m about ready to throw in the towel with you.

It would be really nice if @GoDaddy support would bother to listen to their customers and read what the previous help chats when asked so they didn’t have to go in the same damn circle every time when problem solving issues.

It is extremely frustrating that I’m at the airport plenty early to check in for my flight @AmericanAir and you don’t start checking people in until just under 2.5 hours before my flight and now I’m standing in line and at the rate you are going I’m not going to have time to.

And now my @fedex @FedExHelp package is in Indianapolis for the 2nd time. You wasted four days for the damn package to go from Indy to Memphis, sit for 3 days, Memphis to Newark, and now Newark to Indianapolis. I’m betting my package will be back in Memphis shortly.

The @FedExHelp and @FedEx saga continues. In a strange twist of efficiency, apparently stoping in Newark, NJ is the most efficient route from Memphis, TN to Knoxville, TN. Still awaiting answers as to why.

Ohh goody, we are back to scheduled delivery pending. Taking bets on how long my laptop will be sitting in Newark.

But on the bright side it had departed Memphis. Then at 11:00 PM, my package arrives in NEWARK. Why the heck does a package on its way to Knoxville, TN go from Memphis, TN to Newark, NJ. Care to explain this @FedExHelp and @FedEx? This is getting ridiculous.

Well, we are back to @FedExHelp and @FedEx impossible to meet scheduled delivery times. At 5:30 PM on March 3, I got a status update “Your delivery schedule has been updated to Wednesday, 3/3/2021 by 12:00 pm.” Yep, my scheduled delivery updated passed 5.5 hours ago.

Hey look @FedEx and @FedExHelp finally got realistic and admitted they have no idea when they are going to deliver my laptop and have changed the scheduled delivery to pending rather then an unrealistic time line that they can’t possibly meet. Only took 5 days of complaints.

Well it’s after 5:00 pm and my package is still in Memphis according to the @FedEx @FedExHelp but it should be delivered by the end of the day. Unless they have mastered teleportation, I highly doubt it will be delivered tonight. I’m glad I’m not in a rush to get this #sarcasm.

Yea so delivered by noon didn’t happen @FedEx @FedExHelp. Next update is by the end of the day, yet the package is still in Memphis. Can’t I get a realistic delivery estimate?.

And Knoxville to Memphis are about 400 miles and I’d rather not have @FedEx vehicles doing speeds of 200 mph on Tennessee roads. That just doesn’t sound safe for the rest of us.

Another day, another unrealistic delivery estimate from @FedEx and @FedExHelp. I’d sure love to know how a package still at the Memphis facility is going to be delivered in Knoxville some time in the next two hours. Last I checked the speed limit in TN is a max of 70.

Hey @Fedex, for the last week my new laptop estimated delivery has been Friday by noon. It’s Friday and yet your tracking info says it’s still in Shanghai. In about an hour, I’m either going to be impressed or pissed. How about next time being realistic about delays.

Any bets on what @Microsoft windows disappears on this forced update. I wouldn’t mind the updates if I didn’t have to waste over an hour getting things fixed after every update. Last update they broke my Bluetooth.

I have had lots of flights cancelled over the years but never had on cancelled due to lack of crew with weather being an issue with @RavnAlaska.
