Fine wine Friday is a full bodied red made from Shiraz and Syrah. Marc Kent also makes Chocolate Block which is superb wine but twice the price of this red. Worth a try.

Fine wine Friday. As the sun is out we are having probably one the best Rose’s ever. Nice and dry, fruity and very racy. A great wine from Provence. Worth a try.

Our Friday night was this lovely dry wine. Ladoucette is a top Pouilly-Fume producer. Its an intense mineral wine, flinty with notes of pear, peach and grapefruit. We had it with grilled monkfish. Really recommend it.
