Our cask-aged gin was distilled in London by the Pleasure Gardens Distilling Co. using 13 carefully selected botanicals before it was rested in West Indian Rum casks from the award-winning Foursquare distillery for 6 weeks.

This light coloured gin has sweet floral and citrus notes on the nose. There is rich juniper, hints of spice, citrus, and vanilla on the palate with lingering notes of cinnamon and black pepper to finish.
