(1) This weekend marks 2 years since Martin’s passing. We visited his grave and toasted our glasses of Rèmy Martin to his memory (as per his request!). He is missed everyday but, the continued support of the football community has made the difficult days that bit brighter.

(2) Food, comedy and football were three of Martin’s favourite things. As a family, we are so proud he spent the latter years of his life working on something he cared about so deeply. Martin is not only survived by his family, but his immense contributions to football history.

Today marks two years since the last time I (second niece) saw my Uncle Martin. We laughed, enjoyed a takeaway, spoke about football and watched SUFC (1) 🧵
