Great piece led by Remy and the ESDC IT Strategy team. Moving to product management requires fundamental changes to how we operate in the GC. Change is hard, to succeed in modern IT landscapes… Change is needed.

New blog on funding software related activities to enable #ProductManagement in #GCDigital. Whether product or project, difficult prioritization decisions need to be made using limited capacity. Finance could be a language used to inform those decisions.
