This is 100% wrong… 1. Drury has been with the organization since 2015 running player development. He has been in the front office since 2016 as an assistant GM. To say he had zero to do with those draft picks is asinine. 2. Lafreniere and Kakko were viewed as indisputable #1
@Broadway_Block Everyone mad at Drury is forgetting who whiffed on eight first round picks, including back to back first- and second-overall choices, in a four-year span. Drury made everything worse, but the reason this team is rebuilding again is because the first one failed.
