ppl ask why i like paid ads so much. here's my thoughts. i've been in IM since 2018. there are ppl a lot smarter than me, a lot more experienced than me. but i do know this. i know organic is powerful. i know emails are powerful. i know JVs are powerful. HOWEVER. paid.

As the official run more ads guy, here are my thoughts:. 1. Iāve printed a Shtload organically across almost every vertical. Ecom, info, saas. Yeah 100% margins, āmake money while u sleepā cool yeah whatever. 2. Iāve also printed a shtload on paid. Organic is easy to sell.
Most people screaming "run ads" have never built an organic machine that prints while they sleep. They've never tasted 100% margins. Look at Telegram & Reddit ā both scaled to hundreds of millions of users with $0 ad spend. Why? Because Perfect Product Fit + Good Community.

I'm convinced the single best 'productivity hack' is just timeblocking your day the night before. It allows these tasks to seep into your subconscious while you're sleeping and makes executing them 100x easier. If you wake up THEN try to plan ur day, ur cooked.
