For the @gdnlongread, I wrote about a plant that came to the UK in the 1800s, and that thrived so well there are now few pockets in the country where you can't find it. [1].

The Labour Party could well have opened itself to a lot of data breach litigation.

Dear @uklabour, I asked you twice last year to remove my details from your records and you twice confirmed it (including in a letter and attached email). Can you explain why I'm now a victim of your data breach? i.e. where did you get my email address? @ICOnews @Meg_HillierMP

Hopefully this whole Pontins episode shines a light on a culture of discrimination against Gypsies, Travellers and Roma that is pretty widespread and normal. This isn't an isolated incident, it's the norm.

Absolutely delighted my client has hit her initial target. I can't say enough how brave she is for taking on an issue like this against such a big opponent.

Please share this far and wide. One of my clients is prosecuting the local council for obstruction of emergency services during a very frightening experience involving her baby. These barriers are a menace at caravan sites up and down the country.

And a final point. I don't stand to benefit from the crowd fund. It's in place for counsel fees and any potential adverse costs. I have been working pro-bono throughout.

This seems to be a big issue in Ireland as well. Just so we are clear on the criminal offence (for the benefit of some contrarian in my mentions), it's contained within the Emergency Workers (Obstruction) Act 2006. It includes a scenario where emergency workers are *hindered*.
