Plenty of people realising that quite a few funded athletes aren’t competing at the British Champs. Maybe it should be a requirement of funding but also the athletes should be rewarded for competing/prize money.

7 months ago a journalist with a national paper asked “how long do you think your athletic club can survive ?”.I didn’t understand the question but realised our sport is so strong as coaches, committee members & helpers do it for nothing, other than they love the sport. 💪
