Your company has agreed in my complaint that no bus should be idling in a built up area apart from picking passengers up. This is now no longer the case, 5-20 mins of fumes is normal on a daily basis. Please sort this. The train station is 2 stops away.

Your replacement driver parked in a disabled bay and your bus pouring fumes into our house after a 10 minute wait. Completely unacceptable, and none of this happened in the 12 years we have lived here until a month ago.
