The #1 question in youth sports should be about the training environment. There should be five training sessions for one game. Therefore, parents should place 5x more importance on training than games. The training environment is the most important thing.#DEMANDEXCELLENCE.

I am gutted to the core about last night's outcome, losing in penalty shootouts in the NJCAA final four. The boys played with so much GRIT last night for the entire match and extra time. What an incredible game. Great stuff from Monroe and their staff. Physically and emotionally,.

What do general people celebrate in youth sports? . Winning is above everything else is what I see in most youth environments. If you do things correctly you will be rewarded long term there are zero shortcuts in youth development in sports. Start looking at youth athletes on.

The 2023 spring grades are in & 16 SLCC Men’s players with a 3.0 GPA or better. We had 3 players with 3.9 and even got a 4.0 Well done, guys! . DEMAND EXCELLENCE.

So here were the Portal Numbers PRE May 1. May 1-15 is the ⚽️ transfer window #2.MSOC - 2,224 Active transfers.WSOC - 1,439 Active transfers. For comparison this time last year .Msoc 1,431 active transfers.Wsoc 989 active transfers . I’ll have new numbers for y’all in a few days.
