Look, I get it. We have two options when it comes to voting, and I can agree to disagree with a Trump voter who thinks he was somehow the lesser of two evils. However, I can’t wrap my mind around the ~30% of voters who adore him. Like wtf, he’s a legitimately terrible person.

Investors aren't buying the story that Trump is selling. It's ludicrous to slash rates, which is inflationary, at a time in which we have the highest effective tariff rate since the Great Depression. You also shouldn't cut taxes when you're almost $40 trillion in debt.
The bond market has completely rejected the Fed’s rate cut. Yields have ripped higher following an initial drop on the rate cut announcement. The rate cuts had the exact opposite effect of what the Fed wanted. Mortgage rates will now spike.
