Productive Sunday of doing absolutely nothing!.

I try my best to put those into practice, but honestly, I’m such a people pleaser that it’s not easy. I’m still learning how to balance being helpful with setting firm boundaries, but every small improvement makes things better for me, my clients, and my team.

Here’s what helps me:. - Set clear boundaries before starting a project to prevent scope creep and confusion. - Addressing concerns immediately instead of avoiding tough conversations. - Sticking to the process even when it’s tempting to bend the rules.

- One "small tweak" can spiral into a complete rework and 6 more hours. - That hesitation to set boundaries can lead to burnout and strained client relationships. - Proceeding without official sign-off from key stakeholders can lead to misalignment and costly delays.

Conflict resolution can be a challenge in running the studio. Being a people pleaser makes it harder. Assuming issues will resolve themselves without communication is a mistake that leads to bigger problems. Here’s what can happen:.

The experience taught me that consistency and balance are key—in running and business. In 2025, I’ll prioritize progress over perfection. New challenges may be scary, but I know consistency and balance lead to success.

Running was a sport I grew up with, so I decided to sign up for my first 5K and 10K races. I was afraid of committing since work always came first, but I started with no expectations. Step by step, I kept going and found a way to make it work with my training.

In 2024, I chose to work less after burnout taught me the value of balance. To my surprise, I still achieved a 70% revenue increase. Prioritizing health, enjoying hobbies, and stepping away from the screen helped me recharge, focus, and prove less can be more.
