Update - @vueling replied again to my previous tweet recommending me to reply with my disappointment. I did. The answer I got was an automated email that there will be no increase of the amount. Basically, they did nothing. Vueling replies to my tweet just to "show" they care?

@vueling I've been flying with @vueling for years, to get this treatment? If you can prove you can buy for less than 200eu everything you need for 3 days on sub-zero cold weather, in an expensive city like Helsinki, then I'll shut up. Have I mentioned I didn't buy branded clothes?

Latest update - @vueling replied to my message below only to repeat via email the same message; they can only reimburse 200euro... Regardless of the weather or the country you're landed at WITHOUT your suitcase BECAUSE OF them. I'm shocked. This is unacceptable.

I even replied with a formal complaint two days ago and I haven't heard back. @vueling can you look at my case?

I attached all the receipts, with descriptions of each item to prove that I haven't bought anything extra. Literally: pijamas, hygiene, clothes for 3 days to attend my business meetings, coat and winter stuff. I'm shocked and disappointed that @vueling thought 200eu is enough.
