Well well well.. Little Great Wakering Rovers are going to WEMBLEY!!! I’ll be honest it all seems a little bit surreal but we’ve made dreams become a reality for everyone! I couldn’t be prouder of everyone involved. This is my proudest day in football 🟢⚪️

2 points dropped today. Scored early but failed to go on to make the most of our dominance. They had one shot and scored which is disappointing as we defended pretty comfortably for the majority. Thanks for support as always 🟢⚪️

🟢⚪️JULY/AUGUST PLAYER OF THE MONTH⚪️🟢 Before yesterday’s match, goalkeeper George Martin was awarded July/August’s player of the month by Dan Walker & Lewis Searle-Cook. He played seven games, and produced a man of the match performance against Redbridge in the FA Cup.

As I’ve said before this milestone in this day is bigger than ever. Much more movement in non league these days. To have managed this lad for a majority of these games has been an absolute pleasure. A great footballer but most importantly a top class lad 🤝
After yesterday’s game, Harrison Topliss was awarded his achievement for playing a century of games for the Rovers. Harrison played his 100th game last season away to Barking. He made his debut in January 2023 against Tilbury. Sorry for the lateness Harrison and well done.
