Music to my ears!
One of our key casting criteria was to find actors who were both great performers, AND terrific athletes.
That way we could bring more creativity in how we designed the choreography, and, critically, how we shot the action sequences.

I'm happy to say however that one of my favorite things was the battles, as the choreography is legitimately INSANE. The show is really well directed, but in fights in particular the use of camerawork makes them an absolute joy to watch and cheer to (10/15)

Every single strand of hair for the wigs in the show is individually sewn into a lace mesh, by a team of patient, hugely talented wigmakers, led by hair and makeup designer Amanda Ross-McDonald.

Timing was everything. George Amos, fab cam op, was dedicated 100% to the stunt team, to learn the dance of the fights & enable us to do long, fluid camera moves. We could only do that cos our cast were strong & physical so we didn't have to swap into stunt doubles & make cuts
