For the camera rotation I also just added a look target in front of the rotating head - to make the camera rotate in the direction of the head.

Just added some AxesHelper components in Unity to visualize

You can see it here a little bit

The eyes look at the cursor as well nested in the head to make the motion a bit more interesting. They also look at slightly different points in 3D space to get more/less rotation

Using Attracto components on a child object in the head applies some force to the plants and makes them swirl around it

Cactus pots have Rigidbodies - tuned drag values a little. Added DragControls to make them interactable
