I always thought that when I finished my degree I'd be jumping with joy. Rather my heart feels wrenched. I dedicated my whole dissertation to understanding the effects of war. How could I ever say I cared about helping war victims and remain silent in the face of genocide?

We finished with a brilliant talk from @maram_ghellai, an @ArdenUniPsych graduate, who shared her professional development experience as an international student who aspires to support those from war-impacted and developing countries. Thank you for sharing your journey Maram👏🏼

Great article but its tragic we still need this in 2024. If its the sole reason for rejection, turning away null results is editorial misconduct.
