For most of you, the storm has passed, but the cleanup continues. We had a total of 5 plow hits over the weekend and our slow-moving trucks will be out this week. So, keep this mind: Even when roads are clear, plows may be near. Slow down, stay behind, and give them room to work!

This Crash Responder Safety Week, @NebraskaDOT & MAPA would like to remind drivers of updated Move Over law. As of 9/3, all drivers must slow down or move over when approaching ALL stopped vehicles and road users. No matter how they’re traveling–no wheels, 2 wheels, 18 wheels.

Remembering local people who lost their lives in traffic crashes as part of @safenebraska's World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims event. Please drive safely: Buckle up, slow down & stay aware, eyes on the road not your phone and speak up if you see unsafe driving.
