2/2 In 2017 Sukh starred in her own play, Pyar Actually, which toured the UK. In 2021 Hodder & Stoughton published her first novel, Sunny, a romantic comedy about a woman living a double life, which was hailed as heartwarming and utterly relatable.

His other titles include best-selling series Adventures on Trains, co-written with M.G. Leonard. As well as writing books & articles, and chairing literary events, he also presents a podcast about children’s books, called Down the Rabbit Hole.

3/3 Lydia is interested in books for children of all ages esp. non fiction. Local writers who are interested in pitching their ideas/manuscripts, will be able to do so at this years' festival, gaining valuable feedback (and possibly a publishing deal).

Author announcement! Monique Roffey is a Trinidadian-born British writer of fiction and memoir. Her novel Archipelago won the OCM Bocas Prize for Caribbean Literature in 2013, and in 2020 The Mermaid of Black Conch was named Costa Book of the Year. 1/3
