I've not really mentioned the game on Sunday here at home as it's my daughters 13th birthday. This morning, they asked why I wasn't going to the match, and I explained. My daughter said,'Dad, I'll be so annoyed if you don't go to Derby' .... guess the rest. See you Sunday 🐑 🐏

Arrived in Dubai this evening, and for the first half of our trip, we stay with my brother and his family. Just put my case down and was greeted by my mum, who had secretly travelled to see us. Just about got myself together when my sister appeared. She has come in from Perth WA.

After being pulled up at Plumpton today, the decision has been taken to retire Huntsmans Jog. He was the first horse owned by our syndicate, and he got us in the winners (and place) enclosure several times along the way. Big thanks to all who have been involved with him.

I can't believe the number of people laughing at Derby's predicament. A football club is the heartbeat of its town or city, it provides people with an escape from their work, day to day problems etc. It's a way of life and ours could be taken from us. Warning, you could be next.

If you are relegated it's because you weren't good enough over 46 games. I'm not sure many could argue if we slipped down to Division 1. Rooney honeymoon period aside we've been woeful. Can't go relying on other teams to save you. I supported us in Tier 3 before and would again.
