And not to mention that the throttle maps still feel way off - I managed to rev the new Ferrari F1 car to almost full revs at about 30% trigger input. That doesn't feel correct.

Is it just me, or did AC Evo controller handling got... worse? Like, I can barely feel the vibration now even at max settings, and rebinding the inputs is just way too hard...

As a person who enjoys picking up a gamepad and taking his sims (rF2, AMS2, AC) for a spin, this shouldn't be a hot take, but it seems it is.
you know what grinds my gears? simracing games costing millions of dollars to make, and the game plays like this with gamepad (99% of the playerbase) Gamepad controls should at least be something you prioritize because let's be real, this is how 99% of the players, who couldn't

Codies, guys, come on... I get it, marketing and stuff, but "modern classic" for this track, which only had 2 years of racing so far, is absolutely not it... Maybe saying "a unique spectacle" would work better.

..which would require internal UDP spec rework (to fit in data for two extra cars if you'd have MyTeam), and most likely another systems rework, and I don't think EA Codemasters are planning on it. So I think that all we're getting is just new cars according to new spec.

I just realized that the F1 26 Expansion will likely not have any new Career added in due to technical issues. The maximum F1 25 can support properly is 22 cars currently, according to UDP spec. Since there will be 11 teams in 2026, MyTeam would get expanded to 24 cars... (cont.)

Well we got our info for the continuation of F1 licence. However, I'd say that also is not great, considering how rough 25 is in some places...

At this point, it's set up pretty much to the way I'd expect from the timer, though of course some visual fixes may be necessary over time. I'll eventually start work on the other overlay parts as well, though work is getting tougher so I'm unsure how much time will I have.
