🚀 Built an AI-powered Support Triage System using n8n + OpenAI + Gmail + GitHub + Google Sheets. It reads support emails, classifies priority (P1–P4), creates GitHub issues, sends auto-replies & a daily digest. End-to-end automation ⚙️

Safety Markdown is sanitized; untrusted HTML is stripped. Client validates file size/type. Errors from /api/* show friendly toasts; the UI has empty/loading/error states.

Responsive Desktop: two-column workspace (upload/history + chat). Mobile: stacked layout with large tap targets and reduced motion if the OS prefers it. Looks clean across breakpoints.

Chat UX Enter sends; Shift+Enter = newline. Streaming is batched (rAF) to avoid re-render storms. Copy buttons on code blocks. Pointer cursor & visible focus on all interactive elements.

Animations I use Framer Motion layoutId to morph a feature card into a modal. AnimatePresence handles enter/exit; I lock body scroll when the modal is open to avoid jank.

UI decisions (front-end heavy): •App Router w/ server components for data work •"use client" only for Navbar menu, Expandable Cards, FileUpload, Chat •Smooth hash scroll + scroll-mt for sticky nav sections

Ask I embed the question, call a Supabase RPC (match_documents) for semantic search, then prompt the chat model with top chunks. Answers stream as Markdown with highlighted code.

Upload → Index drag-and-drop a ZIP. Server reads files, filters noise, chunks text, and stores embeddings in pgvector. Vectors live in Supabase.

Goal: to reduce time spent grepping/skimming. Type “Where do we validate login?” or “What does navbar.jsx do?” and get a cited answer you can trust—then click the source to verify.
