There's never a dull day in Pre-Nursery! The children enjoy a varied and engaging mix of activities, such as parachute games, mark making and tuff tray play!

We are incredibly proud of one of our Year 4 pupils, who has achieved 7th place in the world rankings on the Languagenut programme!

During Forest School, Year 4 children threw themselves into building dens and digging holes, before rounding off the session with freshly popped popcorn over the fire pit – delicious!

We are throwing back to last week's Manor Association of Parents fabulous Welcome Back Party featuring delicious pizza, bubbles and balloons, and a colourful stilt walker!

We are pleased to have announced our two new Heads of School! We are confident that they will represent the school brilliantly over this academic year. Well done!

We are thrilled that The Manor has been awarded an Eco-Schools Green Flag for 2025! This accolade demonstrates The Green Team's ongoing hard work at creating a more sustainable and eco-friendly environment within our school.

One of our families recently won the special privilege of having dinner cooked for them by our Head, Mrs Hamlyn. With help from Mrs McConnell and Mrs Evans, the family were served a ‘roarsome’ meal, complete with chicken dinosaurs and a mashed potato mountain!

Judging by these happy faces, even the rain hasn't dampened everyone's spirits on the first day of term! We hope all the children have a lovely first day back after the summer break and we look forward to an exciting academic year ahead!

We love to hear about the fun and exciting things that Manor Prep children get up to over the holidays! We were pleased to hear that two of our pupils passed Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the Youth Sailing Scheme. Well done!

A couple of our thoughtful Year 2 pupils sent Baroness Floella Benjamin these lovely letters after being inspired by her brilliant talk last term. We are so pleased that she likes them!

We're throwing back to a very hot Prep Sports Day last week! Children in Years 3 to 6 competed brilliantly in a variety of track and field events; we are very proud of their strong sportsmanship!

Well done to the children in Year 6 who will be joining their new and exciting senior schools in September, including Cokethorpe, Cothill, Headington Rye, Our Lady’s Abingdon and Reading Blue Coat. We wish them all the best of luck for the future!

Congratulations to our amazing Year 6’s who are finishing their Manor journey and moving on to a wonderful variety of senior schools including Cheltenham Ladies College, Fitzharrys, Magdalen College School and Wycombe Abbey.

We are delighted to see so many smiles from our 16 Year 6 girls who will be attending St Helen and St Katharine from September. We hope you have a fantastic time at your new school!

We will soon bid farewell to our wonderful Year 6's, who will move on to their senior schools in September. As always, we have been delighted to see the children gain places at an array of exceptional schools, including Abingdon School, Oxford High, Queen Anne’s and The Dragon.

Move over Wimbledon, the 'Spud Olympics' have arrived in Year 1! The children put their potatoes to the test in gruelling sporting events before adorning their ‘spud buds’ in fancy dress and walking the runway to show them off!
