Despite being hit by one of the most powerful hurricanes in its history, Cuba had no deaths reported. Hurricane Melissa killed at least 30 across the Caribbean and left heavy devastation, but, Santiago residents tell BT's @ldejesusreyes, the whole area was organized and prepared.
