promoters had 96.15% after acquiring the company.1st OFS - 1.15%.2nd OFS - 2.4%.3rd OFS - 3%.New promoter holding 89.6%.will need to bring it down to 75% within 3 years. So, expect more OFS. infrequent but will happen :).

M&B engineering open flat with no premium. Unexpected listing. Happens. Listing is like options & futures. Can't really predict with 100% accuracy as sentiments play a big role. Sorry for all allottes. Now I can also say I got allotment :). Hota hai, chalta hai, life hai 😊
In #IPOoftheDay series, applied #M&BEngineering full force. Novel sector with tailwinds & good growth projections. Probably a great candidate for GARP (Growth at right price). Applied token retail in NSDL & Lotus. Avoided SMEs. Covered all IPOs here:.
