Someone reminded me of the Jackson rigid esophagoscope! In 2005, we didn't had fibre-optic endoscopy (FOE) at #AMCH. For biopsy in Ca esophagus this endoscope was used by us as residents. In hindsight, this should not have been the routine, as FOE was available then. Negligence?
