Needing to update my computer from ‘Aardvark’ 109.6 to ‘Three-Toed Sloth” 199.9, I found that by simultaneously holding down the ‘Control’, ‘Option’, ‘Escape’, ‘Command’ & ‘Shift’ keys, I could activate the ‘Never Update This Computer Ever Again’ option.
