The customer care isn't able to help, the appointments are never available even after checking multiple times a day

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews really disappointed with the kind of service i've received so far, airtel being a communications company, sucks at reverting on any channel. Maybe it's time to switch to another provider after 16 years.
