Really disappointing frustrating customer service from @ICICILombard .I raised a service request on 2nd may 2025 to postpone a travel insurance and it is yet to be resolved. All I get to hear is that we are waiting for approvals. Pathetic.

Pathetic customer care service @makemytripcare and @AirIndiaX. I have tried to reach out on your customer care numbers atleast 15 times but after going through the entire menu the call gets disconnected. There is not a single option to talk to an executive. Frustrating.
