I done it 100 miles of London Essex despite forecast of rain and a few downpours I got a bit sunburnt.

Got the road bike off the turbo and a trip out to the seaside to test it before London Essex 100 on Sunday and it felt fine.

Finished my first week of my handyman course. Putting up plasterboard then plastering over the top ceiling and walls. Next week is my bricklaying week.

The state of the quite lanes are terrible I might as well use my MTB we choice the quite lanes to avoid main roads and cars but it's just as dangerous with the road breaking up pot holes and gravel all over thel roads. Not good on a carbon road bike with 25mm tyres

Tough ride 74 miles hilly and hot met the host of the ride Davina she had time for everyone. Action medical

Went for a training loop today 30miles all going well until nearly home car behind beeping had look behind but it was way back and I had nowhere to move over so continued at 20mph ready to move in a bit on the next straight car pass passenger shouting. what's wrong with people.
