3/3 .. I was Whammed and it wasn’t even lunch time on the 1st Dec. I will be sending a formal complaint to Santa to make sure you go on the “naughty list” !! PS the flight itself was fabulous, as is the hotel🎄🛫🏩🎄

2/3 .. Yesterday I was heading off to Estonia for the week so confident I wouldn’t need to worry in the slightest. Jumped on Jet 2 and instead of the normal irritating Jet 2 music they were playing Christmas songs on the plane .. starting with .. wait for it .. Last Christmas 😱

1/3 .. So then @jet2tweets … have you heard of Whamageddon ? It’s the annual challenge with the idea being you get to Christmas Day without hearing “Last Christmas” I’ve smashed it over the past two years going all the way and going for a hat trick this year …

Could anyone at @BootsUK explain why the pharmacists at Thurmaston consistently supply a brand of drug to my prescription which my notes clearly say I shouldn’t take ? Happened over a dozen times over the past 24 months despite me talking to them on numerous occasions.

Appalling service from @tescomobile following the bereavement of a family member. No understanding, no help and despite me asking them on two occasions not to deactivate my disabled 87 year old aunts account as it is the only lifeline she has … they have !!!

Loved our #kneadtochat session with the awesome young people from @Love_4_LifeUK Some delicious pizza made from scratch and some very brave conversations about how it made them feel. They should all be so so proud of themselves. We need to do more in the community @LPTnhs

Cannot believe you think this is acceptable @asda @AsdaServiceTeam Shelves filthy, dried blood and juice and in the middle … fresh chickens !! Not even basic food hygiene and I would suggest you are seriously putting customers at risk. Seen in 2 separate shops in past month.

Huge thank you to @marksandspencer Loughborough. Fabulous little store making my Christmas food shop much easier than I expected. Despite being busy Santa’s little helpers were working so hard to fill the shelves and make sure everything was available. M&S at its best !!

Went into @TUIUK Leicester this morning. Told they couldn’t help me unless I had a full 50 minutes consultation ? When I said I just had a few quick questions I was told it was now company policy ? To make it worse shop was empty at the time #servicewhatservice

This week in 2018 we started @LPTnhs #kneadtochat with the idea of using bread making as a way of bringing people together, sharing stories and building confidence. 5 years on we’ve baked over 10,000 loaves and more pizza than you care to imagine including these today.
