Bought a new S25 frm Samsung Phoenix Mills Mumbai. Spent 8+ hrs at the store over 2 days trying to restore WhatsApp—no luck. Store admits S25 has issues, with many complaints online. No refund/replacement offered. Terrible customer service. @SamsungIndia.@SumitWalia #samsungs25
