Absolutely amazing customer service from @virginmedia. They cut off an 80 year old from phone and internet, twice in one week on the day she lost her husband for non payment of a bill paid by direct debit. It's a good job I'm there to help her out

So @Sonos failed to innovate when I had their products, so sold them all and moved over to Google, so what does @Sonos do, sue google over volume controls. This patent business has gotten totally stupid now and spoils it for everyone now :-(
