its been 3 months or so i now work in care.i have changed tremendously thanks to people trusting in me.and even tho i find grattitude in having built this inner light.the fire of rage burns brighter.

consume - dont provoke.move on - never question.work - no play.do - dont be.

how can you want anyone to ask for help.if in this culture we shame and criminalise tho who are in need. how can you want people to believe in themselves and hope for better days.when we dismiss the depth of suffering.
