I get panic/anxiety attacks. Rarely, but it happens. I try hard to not let my kids see/hear it. So far so good. Had a bad one today - the divorce was rough & we’re not exactly friends, but my ex distracted my kid while I battled it out on my bedroom floor. #MentalHealthMatters
