Today’s reverse advent calendar item is a Selection Box….give Mark a Boost by giving us a Twirl in a pink hi-viz!! I heard a Wispa that there are still plenty of volunteer roles available..some are Double Decker roles that allow you to run and volunteer!!

Which also, sadly for us, means she’s leaving our team of Run Directors as she’s moving to Ashbourne! Hopefully we will still see her from time to time - Ashbourne Recreation Ground parkrun is very flat and I know Heather loves our #UpwardsFlatSection

First day of the new chemo, just managed to drag myself out to @cancer5kYourWay @maccparkrun never has there been a more suitable tail Walker. I know it's difficult and not for everyone but try and keep moving if you can it's not just the physical that it helps

We’ve been keeping an eye on conditions in the park and following a course inspection this afternoon, the decision has been taken to cancel for safety reasons due to frozen snow on the paths with a frost forecast for tonight. 🥶❄️🌳❄️🥶
